Industrial site in Hanover County sells for $3.3 million
May 10, 2012 4:01 PMWestco Richmond LLC has purchased a 26.7-acre site in the Hanover Industrial Air Park off Sliding Hill Road from B&T Rental LLC for $3.3 million. The land is zoned for M-3 use. Kevin E. Cox, vice president at Porter Realty Co. Inc. in Ashland, handled negotiations on the seller’s behalf. Fischer & Co. represented the buyer.
In another transaction for Porter Realty, the company leased a 130,560-square-foot facility at 6062 Quality Way in Prince George County to Diamond Hill Plywood Inc.
