Industrial property in Fredericksburg sells for $1.5 million
July 14, 2011 4:05 PM1115 Tyler Street LLC has purchased a 61,324-square-foot industrial building on Tyler Street from NBF Corp. for $1.5 million. Hilldrup Moving and Storage, a Stafford-based moving company, plans to use the building as a storage facility for its daily operations. Virgil Nelson and Wilson H. Greenlaw of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
