Hines Interests reportedly to buy Constitution Center in D.C. for $800 million

Hines Interests, based out of Houston, Texas, will pay in the neighborhood of $800 million for Constitution Center, according to a report on CRENews.com. The 1.4 million-square-foot center at 400 Seventh St. SW in Washington, D.C., is known as the Nassif Building. The privately owned office building in D.C., it’s fully occupied by the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
