Henrico County gets two new leases
May 17, 2012 4:05 PMGeneral Electric Co. has leased 30,535 square feet of space at 4880 Cox Road in Henrico County. The transaction was handled by the Richmond office of CBRE. In another deal for CBRE, Tridium, Inc. leased 26,178 square feet at 3951 Westerre Parkway in the western part of the county.
