Health-care association buys new office building in Innsbrook corridor

Another company has located its corporate headquarters to the Innsbrook area in Henrico County.
Virginia Community Healthcare Association purchased a 25,268-square-foot office building on a two-acre site on Westerre Parkway from Lingerfelt Development LLC for $4.3 million. The move this week from its previous location at Paragon Place in Henrico represents an expansion and consolidation with another nonprofit health care organization, the Community Care Network of Virginia.
The new headquarters is a two-story brick and glass structure with office space, conference rooms and other amenities. Al Lingerfelt, a partner with Lingerfelt Development, said the sale represented the last large tract the company owned in the Innsbrook corridor. “My sense is that the market is getting much stronger and most of the large blocks of space have been absorbed. The vacancy rate has fallen below 10 percent, which is a healthy range.”
SnagaJob.com, the country’s largest hourly jobs online website, is moving and expanding its location in the Innsbrook Corporate Center, a short distance down West Broad Street from the Westerre Commons complex. Capital One Financial Corp. also recently purchased two buildings in Innsbrook, adjacent to an existing campus there so it can expand its call center and other operations.
