Guernsey Tingle Architects part of design team for new Toyota dealership
February 06, 2012 11:42 AMGuernsey Tingle Architects in Williamsburg has been selected as part of the W.M. Jordan Co. design-build team for a new, $10.5 million, 38,000-square-foot Casey Toyota dealership in York County. The facility, located on Rochambeau Drive, is under construction and should be completed by the summer. It will have floor-to-ceiling glass in the showroom, a lounge and coffee bar for customers and a play space for children.
