CityBizList in Washington, D.C., reports that the Tennessee-based owner of the Greenbrier Mall in Chesapeake plans multimillion dollar renovations this year.
CBL & Associates Properties Inc. will update the mall’s upper-level carpet, paint, and restrooms. Plus, there will be landscaping improvements, as well as a newly designed food court.

Greenbrier Mall is a 900,000-square-foot enclosed two-level regional shopping center. Major anchor tenants include Dillard’s, Macy’s, JCPenney and Sears. The mall has more than 120 specialty stores including Aéropostale, American Eagle Outfitters and Bath & Body Works. It is located off I-64 and serves the cities of Chesapeake and Virginia Beach and the northeastern counties of North Carolina and the Outer Banks.
