Government contractor expands with a 17,000-square-foot lease in Arlington

Government contractor i_SW plans to double in size with a 17,000-square-foot lease at 3865 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington’s Ballston Gateway building.
Ezra Weinblatt and Jack Schneider, vice president and executive managing director of The Ezra Co., a Washington, D.C.-based commercial real estate advisory services firm, represented i_SW in lease negotiations.
The company’s projects include work on developing advanced software systems to the engineering and testing of independent information technology solutions.
The company currently has an office at 3811 N. Fairfax Drive.
