Goodwill leases space in Virginia Beach
December 21, 2012 9:55 AMGoodwill Industries Inc. leased 21,885 square feet at the Diamond Springs Distribution Center in Airport Industrial Park in Virginia Beach. The high-bay office/warehouse facility is located at 1345 Diamond Springs Road. Patrick Mumey and Tony Weiss of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled negotiations.
In another deal for Thalhimer, East Atlantic Inc. leased 30,280 square feet for a Chinese/Hibachi Buffet in Parkview Shopping Center at 1745 Parkview Drive, Chesapeake. Andy Stein handled negotiations.
