Goodwill Industries of Central Virginia buys Target Corp. property for $3.7 million
September 06, 2012 2:44 PMGoodwill Industries of Central Virginia Inc. has purchased a 117,800-square-foot building in Hampton from the Target Corp. for $3.7 million.
The property, located at Pine Chapel Road and Saville Row, will serve as Goodwill’s Hampton Roads Retail Operations Center. It will include a retail store, outlet, donation center, computer store, community employment center and support office.
