Georgiou coming to Spotsylvania Towne Center in Fredericksburg
April 28, 2011 5:25 PMSeveral new retail tenants have signed leases at Spotsylvania Towne Center near Fredericksburg. Georgiou, a fashion boutique for women, plans to make its Virginia debut with the opening of a store in mid-May. The San Francisco-based chain has 20 stores nationwide. Cheeburger Cheeburger will open a restaurant this summer in the open-air section of the complex. Other new players include Coach, Bare Esscentuals, Books-A-Million and Zumiez, according to the Cafaro Co. which owns and manages the 1.7 million-square–foot center, which includes an enclosed mall and a newly opened outdoor addition.
