Fulcrum IT, a Manassas -based information technology consulting firm, is moving its headquarters from Manassas to Centreville. According to CoStar Group, a commercial real estate research company in Washington, D.C., the company has signed an 88-month lease for 26,301 square feet at Trinity Centre I at 5870 Trinity Parkway.
The six-story building offers 151,696 square feet of space and is located at the Route 28 Corridor just off of Interstate 66 in Fairfax County. Clark Construction owns the property, which opened in 1999. Larry Fitzgerald of Grubb & Ellis represented Fulcrum while Colliers International brokered the transaction for the landlord.
