Freight transportation service company leases space in Suffolk
May 26, 2011 4:18 PMGeneral Service Co. Inc., a North Carolina-based freight transportation company, has leased 14,500 square feet in Commonwealth Commerce Center at 324 Moore Ave. in Suffolk. Patrick Mumey and Bobby Phillips of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations.
In another deal in Suffolk,Thalhimer leased 15,200 square feet of space to Goodwill Industries Inc. in Marketplace at Harbourview at 6550 Hampton Roads Parkway.
