TNS Inc., a Reston-based provider of data communication services, bought the Communications Services Group from VeriSign Inc. for $226 million in a cash deal. The move enhances the ability of TNS to provide database services to the telecommunications industry, as well as the opportunity to enter the roaming and clearing services markets for the wireless sector.
