First Potomac Realty Trust reports that it has signed four new leases, totaling 49,308 square feet, at its Three Flint Hill office building located in the Oakton section of Fairfax County.
The leases include space for law firm Chadwick, Washington, Moriarty, Elmore & Bunn P.C. (17,640 square feet), A. J. Dwoskin & Associates, a commercial and residential real estate development and management company (14,300 square feet); Stratford University, a private educational institution (14,312 square feet); and financial services company Ameriprise Financial (3,056 square feet).
The 8-story, 181,400-square-foot building has undergone a $10 million renovation since Bethesda, Md.-based First Potomac Realty Trust acquired it for $13.6 million in April 2010.
The property also includes a tenant-only fitness center, private terraces and a penthouse conference facility.
