The Bethesda, Md.-based real estate investment trust reports that the American Medical Student Association (AMSU) signed the largest lease: 11,080 square feet for 10 years. The association is relocating its corporate headquarters to the park, a two-building project with 221,182 square feet that is about 26 percent leased.
EduCap, a student loan administrator that signed a five-year lease for 7,197 square feet, also is relocating its headquarters. Potomac Realty acquired the newly constructed park in December 2010 for $22.5 million.
