First Potomac Realty Trust reports three leases in Sterling

First Potomac Realty Trust has signed three new leases totaling 23,802 square feet at Atlantic Corporate Park in Sterling. The Bethesda, Md.-based real estate investment trust reports that the American Medical Student Association (AMSU) signed the largest lease: 11,080 square feet for 10 years. The association is relocating its corporate headquarters to the park, a two-building project with 221,182 square feet that is about 26 percent leased.
EduCap, a student loan administrator that signed a five-year lease for 7,197 square feet, also is relocating its headquarters. Potomac Realty acquired the newly constructed park in December 2010 for $22.5 million.
