Fed Ex renews 75,000-square-foot lease in Norfolk
June 25, 2012 8:39 AMCitybizlist of Washington, D.C. reports that FedEx Ground Package System Inc. signed an early lease renewal for 75,000 square feet at Diamond Hill Distribution Center in Chesapeake. The center, owned by First Potomac Realty Trust, includes four industrial buildings totaling 712,500 square feet on 37 acres of land. It’s located close to the Norfolk, Portsmouth and Newport News International Terminals with access to Interstate 64.
