EYA Inc. purchases Alexandria office building for $21 million
October 17, 2011 7:00 AMEYA Inc., a Washington, D.C. company that focuses on urban living projects, purchased a 129,564-square-foot office in Alexandria that it plans to renovate into a residential property. According to CoStar Group, the purchase price was $21 million, or $162 per square foot. The five-story building is located on two acres on the Potomac River and overlooks Oronoco Bay Park. Jayne Shister of Cassidy Turley represented the seller.
