Branch Executive Quarter is a two-story office complex of two buildings totaling 40,984 square feet with a mix of medical and office tenants. Ricky Anderson and Chris Kieran of CBRE|Hampton Roads are the leasing agents for the property.
In a transaction for SNL Financial (India) PVT. Ltd., the financial services firm leased 28,800 square feet at Acropolis, Ahmedabad, India. Lang Williams handled the transaction.
