Dweck Properties buys Buchanan apartment building in Crystal City for $175 million
March 22, 2012 3:53 PMCoStar Group reports that Archstone sold the 13-story Buchanan apartment building in Arlington to Dweck Properties in Washington D.C., for $175 million, or about $395,928 per unit.
The 13-story, 442-unit complex at 320 23rd St. in Crystal City opened in 1971. It offers 510,000 square feet of apartment space and 23,000 square feet of retail. Transwestern represented the buyer. No sellers brokers were involved.
