DuPont Teijin Films leases 72,967 square feet in Colonial Heights
May 10, 2012 4:02 PMDuPont Teijin Films has leased 72,967 square feet at The Enterchange at Walthall, Building B, located at 1900-1934 Ruffin Mill Road in Colonial Heights. The Enterchange is a1.4 million-square-foot high bay warehouse distribution park located at the I-95/Ruffin Mill/Woods Edge exit, south of downtown Richmond.
