DC Business Centers extends lease

The DC Business Centers has extended its lease for 14,036-square-feet at 10 G St. NE in the District of Columbia. The American Psychological Association owns the 258,000-square-foot building, which is close to the U.S. Capitol.
DC Business Centers, which has three locations in Washington, provides staffed and equipped offices to entrepreneurs, local, national and international corporations and non-profits.
Glenn Meltzer, president of the D.C.-based Ezra Co., negotiated on behalf of DC Business Centers.
