Datamatx leases 24,724 square feet in Hanover County

Datamatx provides print, mail, and electronic document distribution. Besides Richmond, the Atlanta-based company has processing facilities in Atlanta and Phoenix. It processes and distributes more than 500,000 business-critical documents daily for 250 national corporate customers.
In another deal for CBRE, Prologix Distribution Services leased 11,400 square feet at 5455 Fox Road in Henrico County.
