Dallan Construction in Richmond has started work on an 18,000-square-foot expansion of Patient First’s corporate office in the Innsbrook Corporate Center in Henrico County. With the expansion, Patient First will occupy the entire 57,970-square-foot Tech Point I building and a portion of the Tech II building. The expansion includes the installation of a 400 KW generator. The work is expected to be complete by February 2012.
Dallan has also been hired as the design/build contractor for the construction of a new 26,000-square-foot office building on Parham Road. Construction should begin in the next week and is scheduled to be complete by spring 2012. Parham Place III will be a two-story, glass and brick building that will house the expansion of a local marketing company.
