Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer will manage Indian River Distribution Center

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected for the property management of Indian River Distribution Center, a 231,852-square-foot industrial property located at 2601 Indian River Road in Chesapeake.
The portfolio manager is Zachary Harris of Thalhimer’s Virginia Beach office. Built in 2006, the center offers 56 truck docks. Among its tenants are US Auto Parts.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer manages more than 21 million square feet of commercial real estate properties and more than 5,000 multifamily units in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
