Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer will lease and manage the Turning Basin in Richmond

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by JPMCC 2006-LDP9 Office 100 LLC for the leasing and property management of the Turning Basin Building, a 90,763-square-foot office/retail building in downtown Richmond. Mac Wilson and N. Dean Meyer will be the leasing agents while Sean Davis will serve as portfolio manager for the property. Current tenants include Morton’s of Chicago,
Price Waterhouse Coopers, Belk Consulting Group, SMBW and Intelliject.
