Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports several leases in Hampton Roads
March 05, 2012 11:39 AMURS Corp. renewed its lease of 16,928 square feet at 277 Bendix Road in Virginia Beach. John P. Duffy Jr. and Richard L. Thalhimer handled lease negotiations.
In another deal, Transformational Defense Industries Inc. expanded in its current space, with a lease renewal of 13,946 square feet at 2697 International Parkway in Virginia Beach.
Also, RTF Trading LLC leased 12,828 square feet at 425 S. Saratoga St. in Suffolk.
