Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports a new lease and expansion in Hampton Roads
March 08, 2012 2:34 PMHRI Bridge Co. has leased 20,500 square feet of industrial space at 420 Export Circle in Newport News. The company, based in Pennsylvania, has been awarded a contract to work on the nearby Monitor Merrimac Bridge Tunnel. Clay Culbreth of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations on behalf of HRI Bridge.
In another transaction, S&V Warehousing expanded its existing space for a total of 20,000 square feet at 560 City Line Road in Newport News.
