Barber Moving & Storage purchased a 56,403-square-foot industrial property along with 28 acres from Roper Bros. Holding LLC for $2.75 million. The property is located at 11631 Shannon Drive in Spotsylvania County. Neil S. Sullivan, Paul Eakin and Jeffrey A. Cooke handled sale negotiations.
In a second sale also in Spotsylvania County, 5112 Park Drive LLC bought a 48,320-square-foot industrial property on three acres from PrimeSource Building Products Inc. for $1.2 million as an investment.
In nearby Stafford County, Gold’s Gym leased 37,000 square feet at The Town Center at Aquia. Connie Jordan Nielsen and Loretta L. Cataldi handled lease negotiations.
