CrossFit expands in Roanoke
November 12, 2012 11:34 AMCrossFit is moving to new space at 531 Salem Ave. The building, a former Merita Bakery, will allow the company to expand from 3,000 to 12,241 square feet. The space will be renovated to include areas for classes, reception and locker rooms. Renovations should be done by late November, with CrossFit scheduled to move in by early December.
Waldvogel Commercial Properties in Roanoke brokered the deal. The 50,000-square-foot Merita property has other space available on a build-to-suit basis.
