Courthouse Marketplace selects Thalhimer for leasing and property management
December 11, 2012 3:49 PMCushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected for the leasing and property management of Courthouse Marketplace, a 103,256-square-foot regional shopping center located at 2476 Nimmo Parkway in Virginia Beach.
The exclusive leasing representatives for the property are Chris Good and Eric Stanley. The portfolio manager is Mary Yelinek of Thalhimer’s Virginia Beach office.
