Continental Terminals takes space in Chesapeake
February 13, 2012 11:33 AMContinental Terminals Inc. has leased 24,000 square feet at 1119 Cavalier Blvd. in Chesapeake. Patrick Mumey and Tony Weiss of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.
In another Thalhimer transaction, Grief Flexibles USA Inc. renewed its lease of 20,000 square feet in Airport Industrial Park at 5921 Thurston Ave. in Virginia Beach.
