- September 6, 2011
After a long wait for financing, a $4.2 million loan paved the way for construction to begin on Rivanna Plaza, a commercial project off U. S. 29 in Charlottesville. According to The Daily Progress,
ECorp Management is developing the 31,200-square-foot project, with backing from local investors. The first three tenants include a Dunkin Donuts, Ragazzi’s Italian Restaurant and The Kiddie Academy, a national chain daycare center. One of the investors is Stellar One bank. Construction should be complete by March 2012.
