Construction begins on new headquarters building in Alexandria

Construction is underway on a two-story, 32,000-square-foot headquarters for the Helicopter Association International (HAI) at 1920 Ballenger Ave. in Alexandria. Michael Winstanley Architects & Planners provided interior design services for the project. Rand Construction will serve as general contractor. The project is scheduled to be completed by March 2013.
