Commonwealth Commercial Partners awarded property management of Minnieville Shopping Center
July 22, 2012 4:45 PMCommonwealth Commercial Partners Inc., has been awarded the property management of the Minnieville Shopping Center, a 35,520-square-foot shopping center in Woodbridge.
“We see this acquisition as an opportunity to further expand our presence in Northern Virginia, ”Mark Claud, president of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, said in a statement.
The company, with offices in Richmond, Virginia Beach and Greensboro, leases and/or manages more than13 million square feet in Virginia.
