Coastal Logistics Group leases 81,204 square feet in Suffolk
September 08, 2011 5:15 PMCoastal Logistics Group Inc. has leased 81,204 square feet of warehouse space at Bridgeway Business Center at 6701 College Dr. in Suffolk. Bobby Phillips and Patrick Mumey Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.
In another deal in Hampton Roads, George R. Sharp Inc. renewed a 10,800 square-foot lease at the Hampton Commerce Center.
