Coastal Logistics expands warehouse space in Suffolk
September 06, 2012 11:41 AMCoastal Logistics Inc. has expanded and leased an additional 40,804 square feet of warehouse space at Ashley Capital’s Bridgeway Business Center at 6701 College Dr. in Suffolk. The new space boosts the company’s total leased space to 122,008 square feet.
Ashley Capital, based out of New York, is one of the largest privately held real estate investment companies in the U.S. with a current portfolio of about 22 million square feet. Coastal Logistics is a manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and port services firm.
Bobby Phillips and Patrick Mumey of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Ashley Capital.
