Coast Guard renews and expands lease in downtown Norfolk
June 06, 2011 8:00 AMThe U.S. Coast Guard has renewed a lease and added 9,567 square feet to its space at Main Street Tower, for a total commitment of 119,761 square feet. The building is located at 300 East Main Street in downtown Norfolk. Don Crigger and Brian Kollar of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in association with the McLean office of CBRE.
