Networking Technologies and Support Inc. will invest $1.5 million to expand its headquarters in Chesterfield, creating 140 new jobs over the next three years.
The full-service systems integrator, which began in 1997 with two employees, has grown into a national business, serving 22 cities in 15 states and the District of Columbia.  With the new jobs, the company will employ nearly 300 people.
The Virginia Department of Business Assistance will provide funding and services to support NTS’ recruitment, training and retraining activities.
“The company has built a solid customer base serving the IT needs of health centers in the mid-Atlantic,” said Jim Cheng, Virginia Secretary of Commerce. “With this expansion (NGS) will increase client capacity.”
