Chemtreat leases nearly 50,000 square feet in Henrico County
September 21, 2011 2:56 PMChemtreat has leased 49,548 square feet in Franklin Commons at 5640 Cox Road in the Innsbrook Corporate Center in Henrico County. Austin H. Newman and Mac Wilson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations for the landlord, Franklin Street Properties Corp.
In another deal for Thalhimer, Enviva Port of Chesapeake LLC leased 44,192 square feet at 14174 N. Washington Highway in Hanover County.
