CBRE|Hampton Roads sells part of Hampton Roads Crossings for $5.4 million

CBRE|Hampton Roads represented an affiliate of the Terry-Peterson Residential Cos. of Virginia Beach in the sale of a portion of Hampton Roads Crossing. The 10.6-acre parcel in the Northern part of Suffolk sold for $5.4 million and will accommodate a 216-unit apartment development
The parcel is a part of a larger,148-acre, residential and mixed-use development that is bordered by Hampton Roads Parkway, College Drive and the Western Freeway.
The Florida-based buyer intends to begin construction later this year. Dan Johnson, senior vice president, and Hank Hankins, senior associate for CBRE|Hampton Roads, represented the seller in the transaction.
