CBRE|Hampton Roads announces sale of 16-acre waterfront site
May 21, 2012 11:22 AMW-3 Marine LLC has sold a 16-acre waterfront site at 800 East Indian River Road on the Eastern branch of the Elizabeth River to Great Lakes Dredge and Drydock.
“Well located, deep water industrial sites are rarely available in Hampton Roads. Great Lakes Dredge and Drydock was attracted to this site for its close proximity to the harbor of Hampton Roads,” Ken Benassi, senior vice president of CBRE|Hampton Roads, said in a statement.
Benassi represented the seller in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Based out of Oak Brook, Ill., Great Lakes Dredge and Drydock is an international dredging contractor.
