CBRE named listing agent for Fair Lakes office park
May 30, 2012 2:04 PMCBRE Group Inc. is now the exclusive listing agent for Fair Lakes Office Portfolio in Fairfax County.
The 93-acre office park, owned by Shorenstein Properties, is home to the operations of Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, SRA, CGI, Argon ST and Avaya Government.
The office park also has more than 500,000 square feet of developable land for new or expanding tenants.
