CBRE announces leases and a building sale in Richmond region

Clopay Building Products Co. Inc. has leased 14,415 square feet of space at 5109 Glen Alden Dr. in Henrico County. Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet leased 12,300 square feet at Chesterfield Marketplace in Chesterfield County.
In a sales transaction, CBRE represented the Bank of Hampton Roads in the sale of a 90,000-square-foot industrial warehouse building at 2500 Deep Water Terminal Rd. in Richmond to Chestnut Hill 95 LLC for $850,000.
