CBN Secure Technologies to expand Danville facility, creating 25 new jobs
March 02, 2011 1:39 PMCBN Secure Technologies plans to expand its identification card manufacturing facility in Danville, creating 25 new jobs.
CBN, a company based in Ottawa, Canada, will spend $1.1 million to add new products to the operation. Currently, 14 employees work at the plant. It manufactures driver’s licenses and identification cards for the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.
“We are impressed with the quality and commitment of the staff in Danville, and the support from the Danville area community and the Commonwealth,” Ian Shaw, president of CBN Secure Technologies Inc., said in a statement.
