CB Richard Ellis snags two exclusive listings in Hampton Roads

CB Richard Ellis|Hampton Roads has been retained for exclusive leasing services for Woods Corner Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. The 152,314-square-foot center, at 1920 Centerville Turnpike, is about a mile from Regent University and The Founders Inn Hotel and Conference Center. Major tenants include Food Lion and Dollar General. Chris Read and Ned Brooks of CBRE are marketing the property.
In another exclusive listing, CB Richard Ellis will represent Northampton Executive Center. The six-story, 68,000-square-foot building is located at 1300 Diamond Springs Road, next to Northampton Boulevard. Pat Mugler and Ricky Anderson are the assigned leasing agents.
