CB Richard Ellis reports nearly 80,000 square feet in leasing deals in Richmond
September 29, 2011 11:17 AMCB Richard Ellis has closed four leasing deals of nearly 80,000 square feet and represented a seller in a million-dollar transaction in the Richmond market. The largest lease was a 33,555-square-foot renewal for Iron Mountain Information Management at 6601 S. Laburnum Ave. in Henrico County. John Carpin and Rob Dirom handled the transaction.
Richmond Primoid also renewed 21,361 square feet on North Hamilton Street in Richmond. The sales transaction involved Children Inc. in its sale of a 9,206-square-foot office building at 4205 Dover Road in Richmond to Highstone Properties LLC for $1 million.
