Carrier Enterprises leases 25,000 square feet in Chesterfield County

Carrier Enterprises has entered the Richmond market with a 25,000-square-foot lease at 8951 Whitepine Road in Chesterfield County. The firm is a subsidiary of independent HVAC distributing company, Watsco Inc., which has 110 locations in 20 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and Latin America. CB Richard Ellis handled lease negotiations.
