Carr Properties purchases Centerpointe
December 27, 2011 8:03 AMCarr Properties has purchased the Centerpointe I & II buildings in Fairfax County with an investment partner for $125.7 million.
The Class A office buildings, which are located at 4000 & 4050 Legato Road, are 92 percent leased.
Centerpointe totals 421,859 square feet in twin, 11-story towers. The buildings are located west of Interstate 66 at one of the highest elevations in Fairfax.
