Capital Ale house buildings sell for $1.5 million in downtown Richmond
September 06, 2011 8:05 AMFezzer Holdings LLC has purchased two buildings primarily occupied by Capital Ale House at 619 and 623 E. Main Street in downtown Richmond for $1.5 million as an investment. The seller of the 19,276-square-foot property was Super Duper Properties. Bruce Bigger and Lee Warfield of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled sale negotiations.
